"Just a little bit..."

just a few things....

We took PJ to a Valentine's Day Lunch with Elmo at Sesame Place on Saturday! It was sooo much fun and nicely done! PJ was a little overwhelmed from seeing all of his TV buddies in person! He didn't cry, but just kind of stared like "Whoa...". I got lots of shots with the characters that I will share later, but for now, my favorite- the look on PJ's face when he saw Ernie coming towards him:

Pretty much made my heart melt!

My sister Marla is featured of the website for The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as part of Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Week 2011! She was born with a heart defect called tetralogy of fallot and has been a patient at CHOP all of her life. Now, she's a patient and and employee, since she's been a nurse there for nearly 6 years! Next month, she will take a new position in the Cardiac ICU, where she spent so much time as a child. It's an amazing journey and I don't think there's any way I could have been more blessed to be her sibling. Check it out here and maybe even share her story!

PJ is totally walking now!! He kind of looks like when Vincent D'Onofrio takes over that guys body in Men In Black, but it's still super cute and makes me laugh!!

I am so, so thankful for all of the amazing friends I have, who come with us to see Elmo, who invite us over for dinner so we can miss our husbands while they are at work, meet me for coffee, chat with me on Twitter, and love me even when I'm whiny/boring/smelly/generally unloveable!

I love my husband for loving me despite all of that, too!

And now, dear friends, it's time to watch the last little bit of the Grammy's and then cuddle up with my hubs before he does a stretch of three shifts in a row and I don't see him for days! Hope you all had a great weekend!!!

Goodnight!
