PJ had his last day of the regular school year this past Friday! It was, at times, a tough road for my little Dude this school year, but we made it and I could not be happier! We are now five days into the summer, and it's time to start chipping away at our Summer Bucket List.
We have already gone on a small vacation to Lancaster (more on that later) but there is a huge list of things that we would like to do this summer with PJ. Our Boy, although not one for the heat, is always at his best during the summer months. It has only taken this first five days for our bedtime routine to go completely out the window, but that's no reason to think we can't reach loftier goals! So, with that, behold:
Our Summer of 2014 Bucket List
- get in as much time at the beach as possible!
- walk to Cabana for water ice
- visit the Camden Children's Garden
- tons of time at our neighborhood pool
- visit the Poconos
- day trip to Atsion Lake
- get PJ his first pedal bike
- spend a day at Storybook Land
- tons of play dates with good friends
- visit Sesame Place
- see parades
- movies at dusk in Knight Park
- listen to the Mummers Summer Concert Series
- lunch at the Bistro in Haddonfield
- dinners with family
- loads of visits to My Little Adventures (thanks to a kick-ass LivingSocial Deal!)
- after-dinner playground time
- special-needs surf camp for PJ!
- ride the amusements at Wonderland Pier
- picnic at Red Bank Battlefield Park
